Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pulse Feel (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Pulse Feel is a haptic pattern design tool that allows you to create, preview, and share custom vibration patterns on your iPhone. The App is provided “as is” for personal and development use.

Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans (“Pulse Feel Pro”) that unlock additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. Price changes will be communicated in advance as required by Apple.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

Free Tier

The App provides limited functionality at no cost, including the ability to create up to 3 patterns with up to 3 segments each. Free tier features may change over time.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App are the property of Fire Studio. Haptic patterns you create are yours — you retain full ownership of any patterns you design using the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Redistribute or resell the App or its content

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fire Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Health Notice

The App uses your device’s Taptic Engine to produce vibrations. If you experience any discomfort while using the App, discontinue use immediately. The App is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
